Refund Policy

At Scape ID, our goal is to provide a high-quality design experience and ensure every client is satisfied with the final result. Our refund policy is designed to provide fairness, transparency, and peace of mind.


1. Full Refund Eligibility

Clients may request a full refund (100%) within the first 10 days after placing an order, provided that no design work has been delivered, including the first draft or concept.

2. Partial Refund

Once the first draft or concept design has been delivered, you may request a partial refund of up to 80% of the original order value, depending on the amount of work completed.

3. Refund Request Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days from the date the order was placed. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Revision First Approach

We strongly encourage clients to take advantage of the revision process included in their package. Our team is committed to revising and improving the design to meet your expectations.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The client has approved the final design.
  • The refund request is made after the 60-day window.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times typically take 5–10 business days.

7. Service & Processing Fees Deduction

All approved refunds are subject to deduction of payment processing and service fees (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or bank charges), which are non-refundable.
Refund amount = Paid Amount – Service & Processing Fees.
